Job summary

Lloyds Bank plc is recruiting for a part-time Customer Support role across Manchester Market Street and Halifax Manchester Piccadilly branches. You will provide face-to-face assistance to customers while helping them use online and mobile banking tools.

The role is 28 hours per week with opportunities to progress within the Group as you grow your skills and experience in customer service and digital banking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months customer service experience.
• A people person who genuinely cares about helping people with their finances.
• The ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face customer support in branches.
• Assist with everyday banking tasks and guide customers with digital banking.
• Support customers through important moments with reassurance, guidance and practical help.
• Promote and support Lloyds Banking Group's digital services and help customers use online and mobile banking.
