Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in Bridgend is seeking a part-time Customer Support Advisor to assist customers face-to-face at our local branches. You’ll handle everyday banking tasks, guide customers in using online and mobile banking, and provide reassurance during important moments.

You’ll promote digital services, build relationships, and work as part of a caring team. Salary starts at £13,100 and increases to £13,475 after six months, with flexible hours and progression opportunities across the Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months customer service experience.
• People person who cares about helping customers with their finances.
• Ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience.
• Empathetic, patient and able to adapt to different customer needs.
