Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at the Stratford branch to deliver friendly service across in-branch and telephony channels. Working 35 hours per week on a rota, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, this is a 12-month fixed-term contract and a great entry point to grow with a market-leading bank.

You’ll handle day-to-day transactions, answer queries, protect customers from fraud, build relationships and deepen knowledge of Santander’s products to improve the experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in person or on the phone.
• Ability to understand customer needs through clear communication.
• Willingness to handle a variety of tasks in a branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers in branch or by phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and servicing queries.
• Answer calls to the contact centre and resolve issues.
• Build relationships and identify solutions for customers.
• Develop knowledge of Santander services and products to help customers.
