Job summary

Santander Ballymena Branch is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor. This 35-hour-per-week role covers in-branch service, phone support, and a mix of transactions and customer assistance. You’ll engage with customers, build relationships and learn Santander’s products to improve the experience.
