Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for Kendal SG & Penrith Branches. This 12-month fixed-term, part-time role (17.5 hours/week) spans Monday to Saturday on a rotating basis, with travel between sites.

You will help customers with transactions, technology use in-branch, and offer support over the phone, delivering exceptional service. You’ll join a customer-centric team focused on trust, risk-aware service, and continuous improvement across products and services.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in person or telephony-based roles.
• Strong communication to understand customer needs and provide clear solutions.
• Willingness to be flexible and multi-skill across activities.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact in branch or by phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and customer servicing.
• Answer calls into contact centre and resolve queries.
• Build relationships and identify solutions for customers.
