The West Brom is hiring a Part Time Customer Service Advisor at our Tipton branch. You will work 25 hours per week (09:00-14:00 weekdays, 09:30-12:30 Saturdays) with a salary of £17,802 per year.

• Handle queries about products, services, or anything else customers need.
• Stay up to date on all products and services to share knowledge with customers.
• Keep branch safe during opening/closing times.
• Support local branches and engage with the community.

• Keeping things safe and sound in branch, especially when we're opening and closing for the day.
• Supporting our local branches and embedding deep roots in our local communities.
• You'll be supporting our Customer Contact Centre over the phone, on emails or live chat.
