Job summary

West Bromwich Building Society in Tipton is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Owen Street, Tipton Branch. The role is 25 hours per week with a salary of £17,802 per annum, permanent contract.

You’ll provide excellent customer service, handle queries across our products and services, and support our branches and contact centre with a positive, customer-centric approach.

• Keeping things safe and sound in branch, especially when we're opening and closing for the day.
• Supporting our local branches and embedding deep roots in our local communities.
• You'll be supporting our Customer Contact Centre over the phone, on emails or live chat.
• Keeping our customers updated on their accounts.
