Job summary

the West Brom is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our Oldbury branch. You will provide a service so good that customers tell friends and family, and be there when customers need us in a way that suits them.

You will handle queries about our products and services with confidence, maintaining up-to-date knowledge and staying safe in the branch during opening and closing hours. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Oldbury with a salary starting at £24,923 per year.

• Supporting our local branches and embedding deep roots in our local communities.

Job description

Hours: 35 hours per week (09.00 - 17.00 Monday - Friday / 09.30 - 12.30 Saturday)
