Job summary

The West Brom is recruiting a Part Time Customer Service Advisor for Owen Street, Tipton Branch. This on-site role offers 25 hours per week with shifts 09:00-14:00 Monday to Friday and 09:30-12:30 Saturday.

You’ll deliver friendly service, assist customers with accounts and savings, and contribute to a positive branch experience. Join a customer-focused team where knowledge of our products and a proactive attitude help customers achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide service that makes customers tell others about us.
• Be there when customers need us in a way which suits them.
• Handle queries confidently about products, services, or anything else customers need.
• Whether someone is looking for their first home or to build up savings they can rely on, you'll be there with a positive attitude, ready to help.
• Staying up to date on all our products and services so you're always ready to share your knowledge and support with our customers.
• Keeping things safe and sound in branch, especially when we're opening and closing for the day.
• Supporting our local branches and embedding deep roots in our local communities.
• You'll be supporting our Customer Contact Centre over the phone, on emails or live chat.
• Keeping our customers updated on their accounts
