Job summary

Nationwide in Basildon, Essex, is hiring a part-time Customer Representative (18.5 hours/week) on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. • Welcome customers in-branch and understand their needs to offer trusted help with banking.
• Handle transactions and queries accurately while prioritising security and fairness.
• Guide customers to banking products and services that meet their needs and help them manage money.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues to deliver excellent service, even at peak times.
• Follow processes and escalate concerns to protect customers and Nationwide.
