Job summary

Synectics Consultancy is seeking a Customer Consultant to deliver exceptional customer experiences at our agency site and while assisting customers with product information and services. The role emphasizes a customer-first approach and teamwork within a close-knit environment in Dundee.

You will develop product knowledge, assist with opening and administering accounts, transactions and changes, and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering a fantastic customer experience.
• Experience in the building society/financial services sector preferred.
• Must be a team player with a positive outlook.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person or while assisting customers.
