Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is looking for an Activities Co-ordinator to design and deliver engaging activities for Residents across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. The role focuses on kindness, planning, and supporting the care team to promote social interaction and wellbeing.

You will use IT and planning skills to run activities, coordinate with home staff, and help organise fundraising events while safeguarding residents at all times.

Qualifications

• Background working with vulnerable individuals or in similar care environments.
• Able to plan engaging activities and events for Residents.
• Good communication, organisation and IT skills with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a varied activity programme for Residents to enhance wellbeing.
• Support the Home Manager with organising fundraising events and group activities.
• Create inclusive activities that encourage socialising and participation.
