Job summary

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator for 30 hours per week to plan and deliver engaging activities for residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care settings. You will support fundraising events and work closely with the Home Manager to foster a warm, inclusive environment that centres kindness and resident wellbeing.

We are looking for someone with a positive, energetic approach, strong planning and IT skills, and a genuine ability to connect with people.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities that delight residents.
• Assist the Home Manager with fundraising events.
• Help residents socialise more effectively and engage with the care‑home team.
• Communicate with residents and colleagues with kindness and consideration.
