Job summary

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co‑ordinator to design and deliver engaging activity programmes for residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care settings. You will help organise fundraising events and work with the Home Manager to foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere built on kindness and resident wellbeing.

• Experience working with vulnerable individuals.
• Ability to develop activity programmes for residents.
