Job summary

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to design and deliver engaging activities for Residents in our care homes. You will support social interaction, assist with fundraising events, and work closely with the Home Manager to create meaningful daily experiences with a focus on kindness.

The role requires energy, compassion, and strong planning and IT skills to manage time and deliver person-centred activities for Residents with dementia, nursing, and residential needs.

Qualifications

• Background working with vulnerable individuals.
• Brilliant, positive energy and ability to get along with people.
• Great planning, organisational and IT skills; manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities for Residents.
• Help Home Manager organise fundraising events.
• Encourage Residents to socialise and participate in activities; involve care home team.
