Job summary

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to design and run engaging activities for Residents across dementia, nursing and care homes. The role focuses on delivering enjoyable programs, supporting fundraising events, and fostering a warm, inclusive atmosphere that puts residents at the centre of care.

The successful candidate will bring energy, strong organisation and IT skills, and a genuine, kind approach to every interaction with Residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities to delight Residents.
• Assist Home Manager with fundraising events.
• Encourage Residents to socialise and join in activities.
• Communicate with Residents and colleagues with kindness and consideration.
