Job summary

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to bring kindness to every interaction and to plan engaging activities across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You will support residents to socialise, develop activity ideas based on their interests, and help the Home Manager organise fundraising events.

The role requires a positive, caring approach, strong planning and IT skills, and the ability to manage time effectively while safeguarding residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities to delight residents.
• Assist Home Manager with fundraising events.
• Engage residents to socialise and participate in activities.
• Demonstrate kindness, positive energy and good interpersonal skills.
• Maintain safeguarding awareness and attend training.
