Job summary

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator for a part-time role (16.5 hours per week) to bring kindness to our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. You’ll plan and run activities that delight Residents and help the Home Manager organise fund‑raising events, fostering social engagement and fun.

You’ll need a background with vulnerable individuals, strong planning and IT skills, and a warm, kind approach.

• Experience with vulnerable individuals.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Kind, patient and approachable communication.

Responsibilities
