The Role:

They are looking for someone who can take ownership of their day‑to‑day bookkeeping and payroll processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing day‑to‑day bookkeeping using Xero
  • Processing monthly & weekly payroll accurately and on time
  • Reconciling accounts and managing supplier invoices
  • Preparing reports and supporting month‑end tasks
  • Working closely with the leadership team to support financial decision‑making
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven bookkeeping experience (ideally in a similar SME or manufacturing environment)
  • Strong Xero knowledge is essential
  • Experience running payroll
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A proactive approach — someone who enjoys being part of a growing business and can roll up their sleeves when needed
