APCOA PARKING UK is seeking a Civil Enforcement Supervisor in Stevenage to lead a team of Enforcement Officers, ensuring parking regulations are followed and public safety maintained. The role focuses on deployment, performance monitoring, and contract compliance.

You will supervise staff, train on safety, and produce performance reports while upholding high standards and client satisfaction within a 42.5-hour week at a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience in parking or customer services.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Knowledge of parking regulations and related legislation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all known policies are followed and set a good example.
• Deploy correct number of Civil Enforcement Officers as per service levels.
• Manage Requests for Actions and ensure timely action.
• Review, monitor, and direct staff according to contract requirements.
• Train staff on roles and Health & Safety.
