Job summary

APCOA Parking UK in Walsall is recruiting a Civil Enforcement Officer to patrol local streets and car parks, ensuring drivers comply with parking rules and maintaining public safety. You will work 40 hours per week across five days from 07:00–22:00, with a rota, and you must hold a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Enforce on-street parking policies and issue PCNs.
• Record, report and act on defects or suspicious vehicles.
• Promote public relations and provide parking-related advice.
• Use radio and HHCT equipment properly.
• Attend hearings to provide material for contested PCNs.
• Report issues and PCNs to supervisor after each shift.
