APCOA PARKING UK is hiring a Civil Enforcement Officer for High Wycombe. The role is full time, 40 hours per week, five days out of seven, located in High Wycombe. You will patrol streets and car parks, issue Penalty Charge Notices, and guide the public on parking rules.

Full training is provided. Benefits include uniform, pension, discount scheme, and mobile allowance where applicable. A driving licence is beneficial to applicants.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer care and able to converse in a friendly and effective manner.
• Comfort with outdoor patrols and dealing with the public in various settings.
• Clean UK driving licence (CBT licence beneficial) can be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Patrol public streets and council car parks to issue Penalty Charge Notices.
• Guide the public on parking rules and provisions.
• Report defects to street furniture such as signs and road markings.
