Qualifications

• Experience in parking services or similar regulatory environment would be advantageous, though full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Review and make decisions on parking-related correspondence in the appeals process.
• Register unpaid Penalty Charge Notices as debts through the Traffic Enforcement Centre.
• Ensure all statutory processes are carried out accurately and within strict deadlines.
• Analyze information, review evidence objectively and make consistent decisions based on legislation, policy and guidance.
