Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking an inspiring Security Manager to lead our park security team, ensuring a welcoming, safe environment for guests and colleagues. You’ll oversee day-to-day security operations, recruit and develop your team, and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

You will manage security resources, patrols, CCTV, investigations, and liaise with local authorities.

Qualifications

• SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision) and a valid UK driving license.
• Experience leading a security team in a high-traffic environment.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan resource levels to ensure adequate security coverage.
• Lead park security patrols and deter incidents.
• Oversee security assignments and ensure proper escalation.
• Manage incidents, reports, and CCTV systems.
• Review security data and identify vulnerabilities.
• Liaise with local authorities for inspections.
• Attend management and regional meetings to promote security.
• Foster accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular 1:1s and team briefs.
