Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking an inspiring Security Manager to lead our security team at one of our UK parks, ensuring a welcoming, safe and smoothly run environment for guests and colleagues. You will recruit, train and develop your team, manage day-to-day security operations, CCTV, incident investigations and reporting, and liaise with local authorities to uphold high security standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold current SIA license (Door Supervision).
• Full valid UK driving licence (manual).
• Proven experience managing a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and rosters.
• Ability to work under pressure.

• Lead day-to-day security operations and patrols across the park.
• Investigate incidents, provide statements and reports.
