Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a Security Officer to support the Security Manager across our UK parks. You will help keep guests, colleagues and visitors safe while delivering welcoming, high‑quality service.

Join a team that values safeguarding, excellent customer care, and a can‑do attitude in a busy park environment. DBS checks will be carried out where appropriate, and you’ll be part of a supportive network across 65 parks.

Qualifications

• Current SIA license (Door Supervision) and full UK driving licence.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to communicate clearly and influence others to resolve conflicts.
• Comfortable working in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proactive security presence to keep guests and staff safe and uphold park licensing.
• Monitor situations and address potential problems.
• Respond to incidents and provide appropriate support.
• Maintain security logs and incident reports with detail and accuracy.
