Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead one of our UK parks. You will oversee all departments, drive commercial performance and ensure exceptional guest and owner experiences across operations, sales and safety.

You will shape park strategy, develop a high-performing team, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering strong EBITDA performance. Weekend and holiday coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Senior-level leadership experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to lead across operational and commercial functions.
• A leadership style built on culture, engagement, development and accountability.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for company values and foster a high-performance culture.
• Lead all park departments, aligning commercial strategies with targets.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, health & safety and GDPR requirements.
• Manage financial performance including revenue, margins and budgets.
• Recruit, onboard and develop Heads of Department with the People Team.
• Lead weekly HOD meetings and monthly Health & Safety meetings.
• Develop departmental business plans with clear targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with regional and central teams to maintain park standards.
• Analyse guest feedback and performance data to drive improvements.
• Implement customer service strategies with Owner & Guest Experience teams.
