Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide Cornwall Depot in Bodmin is seeking a reliable team member for a permanent, 27-hour-per-week role. You will sort parcels, plan routes, and perform vehicle safety checks as part of daily duties.

You will also collect and deliver parcels to homes and businesses, offering friendly, dependable service. The role includes overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable, and customer focused.
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player.
• Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation.

Hours: 27 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Monday - Wednesday 09:45 - 18:45

Location: Parcelforce Worldwide Cornwall Depot, Callywith Industrial Estate Bodmin Cornwall PL31 2RQ

Why this role pays off:

• Starting salary: £25,201 per year £12.71 per hour
• After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
• Paid weekday and weekend overtime
• Additional Allowances:-
• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)
