Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide, part of Royal Mail Group, is recruiting for a part-time Parcel Sorter/Delivery role at Swansea Depot. The position involves driving, sorting parcels, planning routes and delivering to customers with emphasis on reliable service.

You will work 30 hours per week, Friday to Sunday, with overtime opportunities and weekend premiums. Benefits include pension, holiday entitlement, medical cover and training.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual drivingLicence (Cat B) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Friendly, dependable and customer focused.
• Comfortable working independently but a great team player.

Hours: 30 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. Typical attendance is Friday to Sunday 08:30 - 18:30

Why this role pays off:

Starting salary: £25,201 per year £12.71 per hour
After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)
Saturday & Sunday Weekend Premium +£4.39 (Saturdays) & +£6.58 (Sundays) applied to contracted hours
Paid weekday and weekend overtime

Additional Allowances:

• Monthly Non Pensionable Addition to Pay (£903.84 per year)
• Weekly Driving Allowance (£26.73 weekly)

What we're looking for

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg

• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
• Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation
