Job summary

Parcelforce Worldwide is recruiting for a permanent role in Oxford (OX5 1HP) where you will sort parcels, plan routes and deliver to homes and businesses. The position offers 38 hours per week with overtime and a starting salary of £25,201 per year, with progression to £27,561 after 6 months and potential earnings up to £30,000.

• After 6 months: £27,561 per year £13.94 per hour
• Opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year, (based on a 38 hour week & overtime)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sorting parcels and planning efficient delivery routes
• Carrying out essential vehicle safety checks
• Collecting and delivering parcels to homes and businesses
• Providing a friendly, dependable service — whether it’s a birthday gift or important business mail

What We’re Looking For

• A full manual UK driving licence (Cat B up to 3.5t) registered to your current address, with no more than 6 points
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 30kg
• Someone who’s friendly, dependable, and customer focused
• Comfortable working independently but also a great team player
• Looking for a stable, long-term role in a growing organisation
