J&J Global Fulfilment is expanding its Parcel Services in the UK and seeks a driven Business Development Manager. You will target SMEs, build a pipeline, and close deals for our consolidated carrier rates and daily collection service.

Role involves field activity across the North West and periodic presence at Northampton HQ. You will work with cross-functional teams to onboard new customers and ensure profitable parcel volumes, with uncapped earning potential and a clear path to growth within a

Qualifications

• Proven track record in new business sales within parcel carriers or eCommerce logistics.
• Strong understanding of SME parcel economics and pricing.
• Ability to manage complex deals and build value-based propositions.

Responsibilities

• Win new SME customers and build profitable parcel volume.
• Generate opportunities via outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and in-person meetings.
• Analyze prospect parcel profiles and craft value-driven proposals.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation to onboarding and live service.
