Job summary

DPD in London Docklands is seeking a frontline Customer Service Advisor to assist internal and external customers with parcel collection and delivery details. You will collaborate with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues and take ownership to resolve them.

You'll respond to delivery status queries, investigate missing parcels, resolve disputes and promote DPD products and services.

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
• Willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
• Excellent administration skills with Microsoft Office.
