Job summary

Aviva is seeking a Multi-Track Paralegal in Leeds to support serious injury and RTA claims. You will gather evidence, coordinate activities and help progress cases while working with fee earners, clients and medical professionals.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of serious injury matters in a busy environment and requires strong organisation and accuracy in handling documents and communications.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or assessing Personal Injury or litigation matters.
• Confident telephone and written communication with clients, medical professionals and insurers.
• Experience collating, organising and reviewing documentation with high accuracy.
• Administrative or assistant-level experience in legal, claims or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Progress complex claims by gathering evidence and coordinating activities to move cases forward.
• Work closely with fee earners, clients, medical professionals and other legal teams.
• Engage with a wide range of serious injury matters and maintain case momentum.
