Aviva Leeds is hiring a Multi-Track Paralegal to support personal injury and litigation matters in a busy Serious Injury team. The role involves gathering evidence, coordinating activities, and keeping cases moving forward alongside fee earners, clients and medical professionals.

The salary is around £28,000 with a 6% bonus potential, a generous pension, 25 days holiday, private medical benefit and flexible benefits including cycle to work and volunteering days.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Personal Injury or litigation matters is essential.
• Confident telephone and written communication with clients, medical professionals, insurers and stakeholders.
• Experience collating, organising and reviewing documentation with high accuracy.
• Administrative or assistant experience in legal, claims or professional services environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather evidence and progress complex claims with fee earners.
• Coordinate key activities and keep cases moving forward.
• Liaise with clients, medical professionals and other legal teams.
• Maintain organised case files and documentation throughout the process.
