Job summary

Aviva Leeds is hiring a Multi-Track Paralegal to support personal injury and litigation matters in a busy Serious Injury team. The role involves gathering evidence, coordinating activities, and keeping cases moving forward alongside fee earners, clients and medical professionals.

The salary is around £28,000 with a 6% bonus potential, a generous pension, 25 days holiday, private medical benefit and flexible benefits including cycle to work and volunteering days.

A bit about the job:

Our Serious Injury team supports clients following life-changing injuries, helping them navigate the legal process during difficult periods. As an RTA Paralegal, you'll play an important role in progressing complex claims by gathering evidence, coordinating key activities and keeping cases moving forward. You'll work closely with fee earners, clients, medical professionals and other legal teams to help deliver the best possible outcomes. No two days are the same, and you'll gain exposure to a wide range of serious injury matters. It's a rewarding opportunity to develop your legal expertise while making a real difference to people's lives.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Previous experience supporting or assessing Personal Injury claims or litigation matters is essential.
• Confident telephone and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, medical professionals, insurers, and other stakeholders.
• Experience collating, organising, and reviewing documentation, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven administrative or assistant-level experience, gained within a legal, claims, or professional services environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary circa £28,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
