Job summary

Aviva plc is seeking a Personal Injury Multi-Track Litigator in Leeds and Bristol to manage complex, high-value PI claims within a busy legal environment. You will provide clear advice, negotiate outcomes, and represent clients throughout litigation, building trusted relationships and delivering strong customer outcomes.

The role requires expertise in PI law, Pre-Action Protocol, Civil Procedure Rules, and related guidelines, with experience in Employer/Occupier/Public liability or RTAs.

Qualifications

• Experience handling claimant personal injury claims within a busy legal environment, including complex litigation matters with substantive experience of handling cases over a £100,000 in value.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law, including the Pre-Action Protocol and Civil Procedure Rules is essential as is knowledge of Judicial College Guidelines, Lawtel or Ogden Tables.
• Experience managing Employer Liability, Occupier Liability, Public Liability or Road Traffic Accident claims. In addition experience of handling fatal accident would be desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and colleagues.
• Qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive or equivalent experience.
