Job summary

Kinaxia Logistics & Fulfilment in Stockport is seeking a Pallet Network & Customer Service Coordinator to join our busy transport team. This role combines operational planning with customer relationship management to deliver outstanding service.

You will coordinate pallet network collections and deliveries, handle customer enquiries, and collaborate with drivers and operations to resolve issues and maintain records. Previous transport/logistics exposure is beneficial.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good IT skills and confidence using business systems.
• The ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Previous experience within transport, logistics, distribution or a similar operational environment would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily pallet network collections and deliveries.
• Manage customer bookings and service enquiries.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding collections, deliveries and service updates.
• Build strong relationships with customers, drivers and internal teams.
• Monitor deliveries and proactively resolve any service issues.
• Provide transport quotations and process customer bookings.
• Maintain accurate records using transport and customer management systems.
• Support key customer accounts and help to improve customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with transport, warehouse and customer service teams to deliver operational excellence.
