Overview

We are seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to carry out high‑quality spraying using both gravity‑fed and airless systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with 1K and 2K paints, with the ability to perform basic setup and maintenance of pumps and spray guns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces and materials in line with required specifications.
  • Apply coatings using gravity‑fed and airless spraying equipment.
  • Mix and apply 1K and 2K paints to achieve consistent, high‑quality finishes.
  • Conduct basic equipment setup, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
  • Carry out rework and touch‑ups following inspection standards.
  • Manage time effectively to meet production schedules.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a paint sprayer in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Knowledge of surface preparation, paint systems, and rework methods.
  • Understanding of health and safety requirements, including PPE and ventilation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Pay

The pay‑rate will be between £13 and £14 an hour, depending on previous experience.
