Roles and Responsibilities

Paid Search Specialist: Manage UK client expectations and optimise paid search campaigns across platforms, focusing on Google and Meta. This results-driven role is vital for campaign success.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise Paid Search/Media campaigns on Google Ads and META platforms, emphasizing social media performance in the UK.
  • Experience with Paid Social on LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and X (formerly Twitter) is advantageous but not essential.

Client Management

  • Manage 3–5 client accounts monthly, focusing on eCommerce - B2C & B2B - Lead Generation.
  • Oversee and allocate budgets exceeding £10K per client monthly.
  • Serve as the primary contact, ensuring clear communication, proactive insights, and excellent service.
  • Lead and mentor a Paid Media Executive, supporting their professional growth.
  • Deliver high-quality work aligned with client goals and standards.
  • Work effectively in a London-based hybrid environment, demonstrating independence and strong time management.
  • Maintain clear communication across multiple time zones for seamless collaboration.

Campaign Objectives

  • Lead lead-generation campaigns to achieve measurable results.
  • Execute campaigns with technical precision, creativity, and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of expertise in Paid Search on Google; META experience is a plus.
  • Agency experience is mandatory.
  • Some familiarity with Paid Social channels.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking, and technical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working directly with clients.
