As our Paid Search Account Manager, you will work with some of our biggest clients; managing and brainstorming innovative campaigns from start to finish. You will also manage a team of Account Executives, helping them develop and ensuring tasks are performed effectively.
You will have the opportunity to test and trial new initiatives with our clients and the wider business. While the main focus is paid search, you will also expand your knowledge to run paid social, YouTube, and Display campaigns, understanding how these channels work together in a holistic strategy. Additionally, you will collaborate with clients' other agencies, gaining exposure to channels like Affiliates and ATL.
You will be involved in designing and planning paid search strategies, identifying new opportunities aligned with client goals, and working with Client Directors to develop the client roadmap across the digital landscape to grow your accounts.
You’ll contribute to the team’s development through our company roadmap system, participate in hiring, and be involved in new business pitches.
We encourage your growth and learning through implementing Betas, experimenting with strategies, expanding our PPC and programmatic offerings, leading projects with Google, and creating new in-house tech tools. We aim for all Account Managers to develop into future leaders of our paid media team and business.
