Role Description

We’re looking for a sharp, relationship-driven Key Account Manager to join our remote team on a contract basis. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our strategic clients, helping them get the most out of their Salesforce investments. This role blends technical understanding with people skills—you’ll connect business needs with powerful platform solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow key client relationships within the Salesforce space
  • Develop strategic account plans to ensure long-term success
  • Collaborate with our Salesforce delivery team to ensure client needs are met (and exceeded)
  • Spot growth opportunities, upsell additional services, and manage renewals
  • Track performance metrics and report on account health
  • Act as the voice of the customer in internal planning

What You Bring

  • Experience managing high-value accounts (preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem)
  • Strong understanding of CRM and cloud-based solutions
  • Strategic thinker with solid analytical chops
  • Proven track record of client success and retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you're the kind of person people want to hear from
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Salesforce certifications or hands-on project experience
  • Background working with tech or SaaS clients
  • Experience in a consultancy or agency setting
