Bright Horizons is inviting applicants to join a fast-track Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship Programme. The ten-month scheme combines hands-on nursery work with structured Learning Hub sessions to earn the Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above, or Functional Skills Level 2 in both subjects
• 16 years or older
• Not in full-time education

Responsibilities

• Learn and gain hands-on experience in a nursery setting.
• Spend one day per week at the Learning Hub studying towards the Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
• Work four days per week in the nursery to develop practical skills and understand child development.
