Job summary

Bright Horizons is offering an exciting fast-track Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship Programme. The ten-month scheme combines hands-on nursery experience with structured learning to achieve an Early Years Educator qualification.

You will work four days a week in a nursery caring for children up to age 5, and one day weekly at the Learning Hub for formal training, with support from mentors and apprenticeship providers.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above, or Functional Skills Level 2 in both subjects?
• A genuine passion for working with children and starting a rewarding career in Early Years.
• Commitment to completing the apprenticeship programme?

Responsibilities

• Care for babies and children up to age 5, supporting their learning, development and wellbeing through play-based experiences and everyday interactions.
• Four days per week in the nursery, plus one day per week at the Learning Hub undertaking structured learning toward Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
• Receive ongoing support from experienced colleagues and apprenticeship specialists to develop skills and confidence.
