Job summary

Bright Horizons is offering a fast-track Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship Programme. You will gain hands-on nursery experience while studying for your Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, with support from experienced colleagues and apprenticeship specialists.

The programme runs ten months, with four days in the nursery and one day per week at the Learning Hub. Benefits include a 40% childcare discount and enhanced parental leave.

Qualifications

• Experience with children is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Strong communication and willingness to learn and apply new knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and learning support for babies and children up to age 5.
• Work four days per week in the nursery and one day per week at the Learning Hub.
• Receive ongoing support from apprenticeship specialists and mentors.
