Job summary

Bright Horizons is offering a fast track Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship Programme. You will work four days a week in a nursery with children up to five years old, supporting their learning and wellbeing through play-based activities, while one day is spent at the Learning Hub to complete structured learning for your Level 3 Educator qualification.

The programme lasts ten months, with ongoing support from experienced colleagues and apprenticeship specialists to help you succeed professionally

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn, develop and apply new knowledge in practice.

Responsibilities

• Care for babies and children up to age 5, supporting learning, development and wellbeing through play and interactions.
• Spend four days per week in the nursery and one day per week at the Learning Hub undertaking structured learning towards Level 3 qualification.
• Receive ongoing support from experienced colleagues and apprenticeship specialists.
