Job summary

Bright Horizons is offering a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship. You will work in a nursery four days a week and spend one day a week at the Learning Hub, gaining practical experience and structured learning toward a Level 3 qualification.

You will be supported by experienced colleagues and apprenticeship specialists to develop the knowledge, behaviours and confidence needed to become a qualified Early Years Educator.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above, or Functional Skills Level 2 in both subjects.

Responsibilities

• As an Early Years Apprentice, support learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 0–5 through play-based experiences.
• Work four days per week in the nursery and one day per week at the Learning Hub toward Level 3 qualification.
• Receive ongoing support from nursery colleagues and apprenticeship specialists to build confidence and skills.
