Bright Horizons is offering a fast-track Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship Programme. This ten-month programme combines hands-on nursery work with structured learning to become a qualified Early Years Educator.

You will work four days a week in a nursery and one day weekly at the Learning Hub, supported by apprenticeship specialists and a dedicated provider. DBS checks and safeguarding duties are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in roles such as Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nanny, Childminder or Care Assistant is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Work as part of a team caring for babies and children up to age 5, supporting learning, development and wellbeing through play-based experiences and everyday interactions.
• Four days per week in nursery with one day per week at Learning Hub undertaking structured learning toward Level 3 Early Years Educator.
• Receive ongoing support from experienced colleagues and apprenticeship specialists throughout the programme.
