Job summary

Bright Horizons is offering a ten-month Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship, combining hands-on nursery work with structured learning at the Learning Hub to become a qualified Early Years Educator.

You’ll work four days in a nursery and one day per week at the Learning Hub, supported by experienced colleagues and apprenticeship specialists to develop essential skills, knowledge and confidence for a rewarding career in Early Years.

Qualifications

• Experience with children desirable
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and apply new knowledge in practice

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team caring for babies and children up to age 5, supporting learning, development and wellbeing through play-based experiences.
• Spend four days per week in the nursery and one day per week at the Learning Hub undertaking structured learning towards Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
• Receive ongoing support from experienced colleagues and apprenticeship specialists throughout the programme.
