Job summary

Bright Horizons invites you to join a fast-track Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship. This ten-month programme combines structured learning with hands-on nursery experience to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours of a qualified Early Years Educator.

You will work four days a week in the nursery and one day weekly at the Learning Hub, receiving ongoing support from colleagues and apprenticeship specialists to build confidence and professional capability.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with children is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to children and families.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy nursery environment.

Responsibilities

• Support learning, development and wellbeing of children up to age 5 through play-based activities.
• Spend four days per week in the nursery and one day per week learning at the Learning Hub.
