Job summary

Bright Horizons is offering a Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship Programme that combines hands-on nursery work with structured learning at our Learning Hub. The ten-month program develops knowledge, skills and behaviours to become a qualified Early Years Educator, with support from experienced colleagues and apprenticeship specialists.

You will work four days a week in the nursery and one day per week at the Learning Hub, gaining practical experience while progressing toward the Level 3

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above, or Functional Skills Level 2 in both subjects.
• Experience desirable but not essential in roles such as Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nanny, Childminder or Care Assistant.
• Strong communication and ability to learn and apply new knowledge in practice.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team caring for babies and children up to age 5.
• Gain practical experience four days per week in the nursery and one day per week at the Learning Hub.
• Support learning, development and wellbeing through play-based experiences and everyday interactions.
